The Wise Mothman leads a rad counter and proliferate engine, distributing rad counters through attacks, enter-the-battlefield triggers, and combat damage effects to mill opponents' libraries and drain their resources over time. A dense suite of proliferate effects then multiplies those rad counters exponentially, accelerating the milling and triggering secondary payoffs like life loss through Bloodchief Ascension and Wound Reflection, which punish opponents for the damage they take from milling. The deck grows its board through +1/+1 counters distributed by milling triggers, snowballs card advantage from counters being placed on creatures, and overwhelms opponents with a combination of library depletion and incremental life loss.
