Pantlaza, Sun-Favored leads a Naya big-Dinosaur ramp deck. Every Dinosaur that enters can discover cards equal to its toughness, but only once per turn. So the deck plays a Dinosaur each turn, and on opponents' turns where possible, chaining free spells off tough creatures into an ever-larger board of huge Elder Dinosaurs. Cost reducers, mana doublers and cards that put creatures straight onto the battlefield get the expensive threats out early. Draw engines keyed to big power or toughness refill the hand. Mass pump and evasion turn the oversized board into a lethal alpha strike. How it wins: It overwhelms the table with oversized trampling Dinosaurs, then boosts them with team pump, double strike or doubled stats (plus occasional poison from the Etali or Tyrranax side) to finish players in one or two big combat turns. Key roles: - Discover and free-cast chains: Pantlaza turns each Dinosaur entering into a free spell, and high-toughness bodies dig deeper. Other discover and cast-free effects stack card advantage on top of it, and doubled legendary or Dinosaur triggers squeeze more out of single entries, but Pantlaza's own ability still resolves only once per turn. (Chimil, the Inner Sun, Etali, Primal Conqueror, Annie Joins Up) - Cheating and discounting fat Dinosaurs: Tribal cost reducers, self-discounting giants, big mana and put-onto-battlefield effects deploy nine-mana threats far ahead of curve, often several at once. (Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Kinjalli's Caller, Mirari's Wake) - Power- and toughness-scaled card draw: Cards that draw on big creatures entering, or draw equal to the greatest power or toughness, refuel the deck because nearly every threat clears the 4-power bar. (Garruk's Uprising, Vaultborn Tyrant, Last March of the Ents) - Tribal tutors and top-deck engines: Dinosaur-focused tutors and library manipulation keep the stream of creatures flowing and assemble the best threats. (Descendants' Path, Gishath, Sun's Avatar, Finale of Devastation) - Fight and damage-based removal: The deck's huge power doubles as removal. Fight and bite effects clear blockers, and enrage creatures like Polyraptor and Apex Altisaur pay off further when they take damage, with Temple Altisaur limiting the punishment. (Apex Altisaur, Contest of Claws, Triumphant Chomp) - Alpha-strike finishers and board protection: Haste enablers, team-wide trample, mass pump and double strike convert the board into lethal damage, while team indestructibility shields the investment from wraths. (Unnatural Growth, Akroma's Will, Regisaur Alpha)
