Inspirit, Flagship Vessel is a charge counter accumulation deck that stations creatures to load up the commander, then leverages that growing counter base to protect and empower an artifact-heavy board. The deck proliferates aggressively through multiple repeatable effects, spreading counters across key artifacts to accelerate toward critical thresholds while keeping the artifact engine safe behind hexproof and indestructible once Inspirit reaches eight or more charge counters. The primary win conditions revolve around taking infinite turns via Magistrate's Scepter, which the deck enables through several redundant routes including counter-doubling effects, Moxite Refinery, and Resourceful Defense moving counters between permanents.
