Sisay is a legendary-matters toolbox in five colors. She grows by +1/+1 for each color among your other legendary permanents, and her WUBRG ability turns that size into a tutor: she fetches any legendary permanent with mana value less than her power straight onto the battlefield. The deck ramps with mana creatures and rocks, fills the board with multicolored legends so Sisay becomes large, then chains tutor activations into game-winning bombs. How it wins: Sisay repeatedly tutors up powerful legendary threats like Ulamog, the Defiler, Koma, Cosmos Serpent, and the Dragonlords, while the team's evasive, boosted legendary creatures close out the game in combat.
