Thanos, the Mad Titan serves as both a board control piece and a mana sink, using his power-up ability to selectively wipe creatures by mana value while growing into a lethal deathtouch and lifelink threat. The deck's primary engine revolves around assembling a massive planeswalker superfriends package, using proliferate effects, loyalty-doubling enchantments, and cards like Carth the Lion and Ichormoon Gauntlet to rapidly accumulate loyalty counters and chain powerful ultimate abilities. The deck wins by comboing off with Teferi, Master of Time alongside Ichormoon Gauntlet and either The Chain Veil or Oath of Teferi to generate infinite extra turns, locking opponents out of the game entirely.
