The deck transforms Bruce Banner into The Incredible Hulk by paying the activation cost, then exploits his enrage ability by repeatedly dealing damage to him during attacks, each trigger granting a +1/+1 counter and an additional combat phase that keeps the loop going. A wide suite of fight spells, forced-blocking effects, and spells that redirect all blockers onto the Hulk ensure he consistently takes damage during attacks, fueling both his growth and the cascade of extra combats. Attaching Lavamancer's Skill to the Hulk creates an infinite loop of combat phases and +1/+1 counters, while Hardened Scales amplifies every counter placed on him, and combat fog effects protect your life total during the setup phase.
