Imotekh the Stormlord fuels a graveyard-recursion engine, repeatedly cycling artifact cards out of the graveyard to trigger his Phaeron ability and flood the board with Necron Warrior tokens. The deck uses cost-reduction effects and sacrifice outlets to churn through artifacts, leveraging death triggers and reanimation spells to keep key pieces in rotation while building up mana and board presence. The primary win condition is assembling Mystic Forge with Sensei's Divining Top and a cost-reducer to generate a near-infinite storm count and draw through the entire deck, setting up a lethal board state through token swarms buffed by Imotekh's combat ability or a mass reanimation spell.
