Memnarch Commander Deck

The deck revolves around Memnarch's two activated abilities, using an enormous artifact mana engine of mana rocks, creature taps, and cost-reduction effects to generate the blue mana needed to repeatedly convert opponents' permanents into artifacts and then steal them outright. Mycosynth Lattice serves as a key enabler, making every permanent on the battlefield an artifact and dramatically widening the pool of targets Memnarch can claim, while Training Grounds and similar cost-reducers make his abilities increasingly affordable. The deck wins by accumulating overwhelming board control through theft, can trigger an alternate win condition via Mechanized Production generating eight copies of the same artifact, and can lock out opponents entirely by pairing stolen permanents with effects like Mindslaver.
