The deck floods the board with damage triggers from creatures like Guttersnipe and Electrostatic Field that ping opponents for each instant or sorcery cast, and uses Thousand-Year Storm to copy spells repeatedly, turning a single cast into a lethal storm of damage. Token generation from wizards, card draw payoffs, and taxing enchantments like Propaganda and Ghostly Prison stall the board long enough for the spell-slinging engine to overwhelm all opponents simultaneously.
