The player's note asks about potential cuts to make room for additional cards, which is outside the strict rules — the description cannot recommend additions, improvements, or cards not in the deck. The current description accurately reflects the deck's strategy based on the provided card list and should remain unchanged. Blech, Loafing Pest turns life gain into a creature-scaling engine, placing +1/+1 counters on all Pests, Bats, Insects, Snakes, and Spiders whenever you gain life, which happens constantly through dying Pest tokens, creature death triggers, and attacking creatures. The deck floods the board with these creature types through token generators and sacrifice loops, then amplifies counter accumulation with effects that add extra counters and doublers like Doubling Season and Hardened Scales. Life gain also drains opponents through multiple payoffs like Sanguine Bond and Dina, Soul Steeper, creating a dual threat where an ever-growing swarm of massive creatures can win through combat while opponents are simultaneously drained to zero.
