Teval, the Balanced Scale Commander Deck

The deck mills its own library aggressively to fill the graveyard, then exploits the constant flow of cards leaving the graveyard to generate an army of Zombie Druid tokens. Cards that return permanents from the graveyard, cycle through the graveyard, or otherwise move cards out of it trigger Teval's token generation repeatedly, rewarding self-mill as a resource rather than a liability. The land recursion from attacking ensures the deck hits its mana drops even while milling, letting it sustain a wide token board while using the graveyard as a second hand.
