Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge is cast and recast repeatedly, scaling her exile effect with each commander tax payment — first cast exiles 4 cards per player, second exiles 6, third exiles 8, and so on. Each time she enters, she attacks immediately (enabled by Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots) to cast a free instant or sorcery from her exile pool. The deck accelerates mana aggressively to recast her as often as possible and maximize the exile depth. Copy effects multiply the impact of each free spell, while Passionate Archaeologist converts every cast-from-exile spell into direct damage. The deck grinds and snowballs over turns 6–8, accumulating free casts until a haymaker like Expropriate, Mizzix's Mastery overloaded, or Soulfire Eruption closes the game. Additional exile-cast engines like Dream Harvest, Ensnared by the Mara, and Improvisation Capstone supplement Jeleva's pool and keep the pressure up even when she's not on the battlefield.
