Grist, the Hunger Tide Commander Deck

Grist, the Hunger Tide serves as both a commander and a creature, fueling a self-mill engine that floods the graveyard with creature cards to generate waves of Insect tokens while powering up graveyard-matters payoffs. The deck leverages death triggers, sacrifice outlets, and recursive threats to drain opponents through cards like Syr Konrad, the Grim and Aatchik, Emerald Radian, which punish creatures leaving the graveyard and creatures dying in equal measure. The primary win condition is overwhelming opponents through a combination of massive token swarms buffed by Craterhoof Behemoth or by draining life totals through repeated death and graveyard manipulation triggers.
