Magda, Brazen Outlaw generates Treasure tokens whenever a Dwarf taps, and the deck maximizes this by flooding the board with Dwarves — including changeling creatures that count as Dwarves — then tapping them repeatedly for value using untap effects and vehicles that crew for cheap. Once five Treasures are accumulated, Magda tutors artifacts or Dragons directly into play, with Xorn accelerating the Treasure count and Roaming Throne doubling Magda's triggered ability to produce Treasures twice per tap. The primary win condition sacrificing Treasures to summon Dragon tokens through Magda the Hoardmaster or tutoring out game-ending artifacts like Portal to Phyrexia. Secondary being assembling thirty or more artifacts to trigger Knuckles the Echidna's Treasure Hunter ability for an instant win.
