Vivi Ornitier fuels the deck by growing larger with each noncreature spell cast while simultaneously dealing incremental damage to all opponents and generating increasing amounts of blue and red mana, enabling a self-reinforcing spell-slinging engine. The deck chains together cheap spells, cost reducers, and mana acceleration to trigger magecraft effects across multiple payoffs that deal damage, draw cards, and create tokens. The primary win conditions are assembling Thousand-Year Storm or Bonus Round with Frantic Search and Underworld Breach to generate near-infinite spell recasts and mana, or resolving both Niv-Mizzet, Visionary and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind together to create an infinite draw-and-damage loop.
