Wayta, Trainer Prodigy runs a Dinosaur and enrage deck that damages its own creatures on purpose. The engine is Wayta herself: she fights creatures against each other (cheaply when both are hers), and she doubles every trigger from her own creatures being dealt damage. Fights, pingers like Fire Ants and Warmonger, and board-wide damage set off enrage, damage-redirect and "whenever this is dealt damage" cards twice each, turning every hit into cards, lands, counters, removal and direct damage to opponents. The deck also has an aikido streak: redirection effects and punisher creatures turn damage dealt to it, or that it deals to itself, back onto opponents. How it wins: It converts doubled damage triggers into lethal damage at opponents' faces through redirectors like Wrathful Raptors, Brash Taunter and Coalhauler Swine, closes with large tramplers, or goes infinite with Polyraptor and Forerunner of the Empire or Apex Altisaur and Wrathful Raptors. Key roles: - Self-damage triggers: Wayta's fight ability, repeatable pingers and global damage spells hit the deck's own creatures on demand, so each activation fires a pile of doubled triggers, while indestructible and damage-prevention effects keep the board alive (Fire Ants, Warmonger, Temple Altisaur) - Damage-to-face conversion: creatures and auras that deal damage equal to what they were dealt turn every hit on the deck's own creatures into burn at opponents, and Wayta doubles each of them (Wrathful Raptors, Brash Taunter, Pain for All) - Aikido redirection: effects that move damage meant for the player onto a sturdy creature, combined with indestructible punishers, turn opponents' attacks and burn into fuel for the engine (Pariah, Stuffy Doll, Shaman en-Kor) - Enrage value creatures: Dinosaurs whose damage triggers draw cards, fetch lands, grow, exile or edict opponents' permanents, and untap things, all multiplied by Wayta and by a second trigger-doubler set to Dinosaur (Ripjaw Raptor, Silverclad Ferocidons, Roaming Throne) - Infinite enrage loops: Polyraptor copies itself every time Forerunner of the Empire pings the board, and Apex Altisaur chains fights with Wrathful Raptors for unbounded damage, with tutors to assemble them (Polyraptor, Forerunner of the Empire, Apex Altisaur) - Big-body ramp and payoffs: land ramp, creature-count mana and Dinosaur discounts power out expensive Dinosaurs, which then fuel power-based draw and cost reducers (Gaea's Cradle, The Great Henge, Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant)
