The deck revolves around triggering Denzilore Fatehold's ability as frequently as possible by stacking scry and surveil effects, which in turn distribute +1/+1 counters across the entire board and turn each instance of library manipulation into a creature buff. Because each individual scry or surveil event triggers the ability separately, cards that let you scry or surveil multiple times in a turn generate explosive counter growth across the team. The win condition is overwhelming opponents through a wide or tall creature base that grows incrementally with every spell, land, or ability that involves looking at the top of the library, with evasion effects granting those counter-laden creatures unblockable status to ensure damage connects, while counterspells and protection effects keep both Denzilore and key pieces safe from removal.
