Sliver Overlord turns the whole library into a toolbox: for {3}, made much cheaper by cost reducers, it tutors any Sliver, so the deck assembles stacking lord effects and a hasty, evasive, double-striking swarm. The same tutoring lets it find a Sliver Queen infinite-token loop, built from Mana Echoes or Intruder Alarm with mana-producing Slivers, which Impact Tremors converts into lethal damage. Spell-copying, cascade and the general tutor suite fill the board fast and find whatever piece is missing. How it wins: It either swings with a huge flying, double-striking, poisonous or life-draining Sliver army, or goes infinite with Sliver Queen tokens and pings everyone out with Impact Tremors. Key roles: - Overlord tutor engine: Activated-ability reducers cut the commander's search and steal abilities to a single mana, so it can chain-fetch Slivers every turn and take any opposing Slivers. Legend-rule removal lets the legendary Slivers be copied or replayed through encore. (Reflections of Littjara, Hatchery Sliver, The First Sliver) - Lords and combat keywords: Stacked anthems plus shared flying, haste, double strike and trample make every Sliver a lethal threat. Poison and attack-trigger drain give extra ways to close the game.
