Sisay, Weatherlight Captain leads a five-color legends deck where nearly every important permanent is legendary, so her activated ability works as a repeatable tutor that puts combo pieces straight onto the battlefield. Each other legendary permanent of a new color raises her power, which raises the mana value she can fetch. The deck uses this to grow her step by step from cheap legends toward a two- or three-card combo, all assembled without casting the pieces. Because her ability costs all five colors of mana, strong fixing and ways to activate her more than once per turn are central to the plan. How it wins: The deck uses Sisay's activations to tutor legendary combo pieces directly onto the battlefield and assemble an infinite or game-ending loop, often in a single turn once enough mana is available. Key roles: - Five-color mana fixing: Lands, rocks and dorks, ideally legendary ones, that reliably produce all five colors so Sisay's five-mana activation can be paid early and more than once per turn. - Color-stacking legends: Cheap legendary permanents, especially multicolored ones, that each add colors to the board and pump Sisay's power, opening up higher mana values to fetch. (Sisay, Weatherlight Captain) - Legendary combo pieces: Legendary creatures, artifacts and enchantments that form infinite mana, damage or untap loops together, kept at mana values Sisay can reach so the whole combo can be tutored out piece by piece. - Activation multipliers: Untap effects, mana doublers and cost reducers that let Sisay activate several times in one turn, turning one turn of mana into a chain of tutors that finishes the combo. - Legendary utility and protection: Legendary permanents that draw cards, protect Sisay, or stop opposing interaction. Each one is a tutor target for the moment and also adds colors to keep Sisay's power high. - Commander resilience: Ways to keep Sisay on the battlefield, or to rebuild quickly after she is removed, because every combo line runs through her ability.
