Zimone, Infinite Analyst
Zimone, Infinite Analyst Commander Deck
This is a Simic X-spell deck. Zimone, Infinite Analyst grows with two +1/+1 counters on the first X spell cast each turn, and each of those counters makes the next turn's first X spell one mana cheaper. A web of counter doublers and adders magnifies both Zimone's growth and every "enters with X counters" creature. The deck turns cheap, oversized X spells into huge Hydras and Fractals, refills its hand with X draw spells, and uses X-scaled mana rocks and doublers to pour enormous values into the late game. How it wins: It casts massive X creatures, multiplies their counters, and tramples or flies over opponents with lethal combat damage, with giant X draw spells and scaling copies keeping the pressure on. Key roles: - First-X-spell triggers: Several permanents reward the first X spell each turn alongside Zimone, adding counters, extra bodies, copies or card selection, so every cheap X spell fires a cluster of payoffs. (Lattice Library, Nev, the Practical Dean, Owlin Spiralmancer) - Counter multiplication: Replacement effects add to or double every batch of +1/+1 counters. This speeds up Zimone's cost reduction and turns modest X values into huge creatures, while doublers and proliferate push already-large boards further. (Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Zimone, Paradox Sculptor) - X-scaling threats: Creatures that enter with X counters and grow, then leave behind cards, Treasure or life when they die, serve as the main beaters, often given trample or evasion. (Primordial Hydra, Primo, the Unbounded, Lifeblood Hydra) - X-dedicated mana: Rocks and enchantments that grow with X casts or produce mana restricted to X spells let the deck cast far larger X values than its land count would allow. (Elementalist's Palette, Unbound Flourishing, Troyan, Gutsy Explorer) - X card draw and counters-into-cards: Scalable draw spells and counter-triggered draw refill the hand. The deck cashes in large X amounts or once-per-turn counter placements for many cards. (Mathemagics, Hydroid Krasis, Terrasymbiosis) - Flexible X interaction: Soft counterspells, protection and removal that all carry X keep the threats alive while still triggering the first-X-spell payoffs. (Repulsive Mutation, Tyvar's Stand, Spectral Denial)
