Winter, Cynical Opportunist Commander Deck

The deck revolves around Winter, Cynical Opportunist, who mills cards on attack and then converts a graveyard stocked with four or more card types into free permanent deployment via the delirium trigger, cheating large threats onto the battlefield with finality counters. The deck aggressively self-mills through creatures, spells, and artifacts to fuel delirium as quickly as possible, while reanimation effects provide additional paths to putting threats into play from the graveyard. Once a critical mass of powerful permanents is established, the deck wins through combat pressure amplified by cards like Beastmaster Ascension, alongside drain effects from cards that punish opponents whenever creatures die or enter from graveyards.
