The deck amplifies this spell-slinging with a suite of creatures that reduce costs, draw cards, and generate damage or creature tokens whenever instants and sorceries are cast, with Veyran, Voice of Duality doubling those triggered abilities to multiply the payoffs dramatically. The win condition is a combination of overwhelming the board with tokens from effects like Talrand, Sky Summoner and Young Pyromancer while simultaneously burning opponents down through damage-on-spellcast triggers that stack and double with each modal spell cast.
