Tidus, Yuna's Guardian enables a counter-manipulation engine by redistributing counters each combat to maximize triggers, then rewarding counter-bearing creatures that deal combat damage with card draw and proliferate. The deck floods the board with creatures that grow through +1/+1 counters, leverages proliferate to accelerate those counters across multiple permanents including utility pieces like Everflowing Chalice, and uses Hardened Scales to amplify every counter placement. The primary win condition is overwhelming combat damage from a wide board of increasingly large creatures, with Walking Ballista serving as a secondary finisher that scales directly with the deck's counter accumulation.
