Ketramose, the New Dawn sits at the center of a deck that constantly blinks and exiles its own permanents to trigger card draw while simultaneously stripping opponent graveyards to fuel the exile count needed to activate the commander as an indestructible, lifelinked threat. The deck generates substantial life gain through enter-the-battlefield creatures, extort effects, and combat damage, then leverages that life total advantage alongside drain effects to pressure opponents, with Approach of the Second Sun serving as an alternate win condition supported by the life gain and card draw the engine produces. A suite of graveyard exile tools ensures Ketramose can attack freely while denying opponents recursion, and repeated blinking of enter-the-battlefield creatures — including value bodies and permanent removal — keeps the board controlled and the engine running.
