Each legendary Wizard raises the mana value Gandalf, Party Guest can cast for free from hand at the beginning of combat, by twice the number of legendary Wizards you control. Gandalf himself counts as one, so he can always cast at least a two-drop free, and with three or four Wizards out the free spell can be a large draw spell or a sweeper. Around that engine, a wide cast of Wizards and spell-triggered creatures turns every instant and sorcery into cards, tokens, mana or damage to each opponent, and trigger doublers amplify those payoffs. How it wins: Chaining instants and sorceries through repeated "deals damage to each opponent" triggers and wide token boards pumped by cast triggers until opponents' life totals collapse, with a big finisher spell or alpha strike to close. Key roles: - Legendary Wizard engine: Raises the X on Gandalf, Party Guest's free combat-step cast while each body adds its own spell payoff, and the legendary spells refuel through Venat's once-per-turn draw. (Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, Vivi Ornitier) - Card flow and cost reduction: Cantrips, draw spells and magecraft draw keep the hand full of spells to fuel triggers and Gandalf's free cast, while reducers and mana makers let several spells resolve each turn. (Archmage Emeritus, Whirlwind of Thought, Baral, Chief of Compliance) - Token army and team pump: Cast triggers create flyers, drakes and soldiers, and instants or sorceries then grant +1/+1, trample or double strike for lethal swings.
