The deck floods the board with Rat tokens using Marrow-Gnawer's exponential token generation ability, then uses Ashcoat of the Shadow Swarm to pump the entire swarm into a lethal alpha strike, with all Rats having fear to slip past most blockers. The primary win condition is the infinite loop between Marrow-Gnawer and Thornbite Staff, which generates unbounded tokens and death triggers that feed damage and sacrifice payoffs like drain effects and forced sacrifice enchantments. Thrumming Stone enables a secondary line by chaining Rat Colony copies from the library en masse, while graveyard recursion through Ashcoat and milling keeps the swarm resilient and self-replenishing throughout the game.
