Kefka, Court Mage is a Grixis discard-and-draw engine that forces opponents to discard while converting those discards into card advantage and life loss, with the ultimate goal of transforming into Kefka, Ruler of Ruin to weaponize the massive card draw into a game-ending life drain. The deck floods the board with discard triggers through wheel effects, enters-the-battlefield discard creatures, and payoffs like Tergrid, God of Fright stealing discarded permanents and Geth's Grimoire generating additional draw, while Psychosis Crawler and Niv-Mizzet, Parun convert the relentless card draw into direct damage. A robust counterspell suite and flash creatures protect the gameplan until Kefka transforms and the accumulated life loss from drawing dozens of cards closes out the game.
