Toxrill, the Corrosive steadily loads enemy creatures with slime counters each end step, shrinking them into oblivion with cumulative -1/-1 penalties and generating a flood of Slug tokens whenever those weakened creatures die. The deck accelerates this inevitability through heavy proliferate support, multiplying slime counters across the board faster than opponents can respond, while cards like Massacre Wurm and Maha, Its Feathers Night apply additional mass stat reduction to ensure even freshly played creatures quickly fall below zero toughness. The resulting Slug tokens fuel card draw through Toxrill's own sacrifice ability, sustained by counterspells and combat deterrents that protect the commander long enough to grind all opposing creatures out of existence.
