The Celestial Toymaker leads a political torture deck built around forcing opponents to make pile choices — whether to split cards for handpicking, group permanents for removal, or divide resources — then punishing every such decision with 2 life loss per instance at end step. The deck floods the game with pile-based spells and abilities across all three colors, using card advantage engines like Fact or Fiction, Fortune's Favor, and Sauron's Ransom to repeatedly trigger the commander's drain ability while also refueling your hand regardless of what opponents choose. Wound Reflection doubles the life loss punishment, and the deck leverages copy effects and triggered-ability doublers to multiply pile-creation events within a single turn, making each end step increasingly lethal.
