The deck revolves around building up Sisay's power by assembling a diverse collection of legendary permanents across all five colors, then using her activated ability to chain-search increasingly expensive legends directly onto the battlefield. Each new legendary permanent found can boost Sisay's power further, enabling the next search to reach even higher mana values, creating a snowballing tutor engine. The win condition involves assembling a critical mass of powerful legendary permanents that work together, often culminating in a game-ending combination found piece by piece through repeated activations of Sisay's ability.
