Tergrid, God of Fright is the engine of this deck, which wins by forcing opponents to sacrifice permanents and discard cards through a relentless suite of symmetrical effects, edict spells, and discard triggers — then stealing everything they lose directly onto your battlefield. The deck floods the board with stolen permanents while opponents are systematically stripped of resources, using mass sacrifice effects like Pox and Death Cloud alongside repeating discard engines to keep pressure constant. Once Tergrid is established, even small forced sacrifices snowball into an overwhelming board state, and late-game finishers like Torment of Hailfire or Tinybones, Trinket Thief can close out opponents who have been bled dry.
