Kellan, the Kid enables a cascading chain of free casts by triggering whenever you cast a spell from anywhere other than your hand, letting you deploy permanents from your hand without paying their mana costs while the deck stacks exile-based mechanics like foretell, suspend, airbending, and hideaway to keep spells flowing from outside your hand. Vega, the Watcher pairs naturally with Kellan to convert every such cast into card draw, and the deck uses landfall payoffs, token generation, and a wide creature board to build a threatening board state. The deck closes games by leveraging Craterhoof Behemoth as a finisher or by assembling an overwhelming permanent advantage through continuous free casting and the end-step discover trigger from Chimil, the Inner Sun.
