The deck accelerates this process through landfall payoffs, land-animating earthbend effects that turn lands into creatures and then return them to play, and Lander tokens that fetch additional basics, all feeding Slogurk's counter growth while generating board presence. Simic Ascendancy serves as the primary alternate win condition, accumulating growth counters from the constant stream of +1/+1 counters placed on creatures, while Slogurk itself can close the game as a massive trampler supported by the deck's counter-doubling and combat-buffing effects.
