Ratchet, Field Medic is the engine of a white artifact-based life gain deck that repeatedly converts between its two faces to recur artifacts from the graveyard, leveraging a steady stream of small sacrificeable artifacts that trigger life gain whenever they enter or die. The deck floods the board with cheap artifact creatures and food-style sacrifice outlets to continuously gain life, drawing cards through life gain payoffs and artifact death triggers while keeping costs low through cost-reduction effects. The primary win conditions are infinite mill loops assembled through Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle, Grinding Station, and low-cost artifacts like Mishra's Bauble that recycle themselves through graveyard recursion, typically enabled by Scrap Trawler or Myr Retriever returning pieces to hand so Teshar can keep bringing them back.
