Queen Marchesa leads a politically aggressive Cat tribal and monarch-focused strategy that uses the monarch mechanic to fuel card advantage while building a wide board of Cat tokens through tribal synergies and token doublers like Anointed Procession and Parallel Lives. The deck attacks in swarms, buffing its army through tribal lords, Cathars' Crusade counters, and combat pump effects while leveraging life gain payoffs and drain effects like Blood Artist and Zulaport Cutthroat to chip away at opponents. The deck can close games through overwhelming board presence amplified by Coat of Arms or Shared Animosity, drain opponents out through repeated creature death triggers, or simply win at the beginning of upkeep with Felidar Sovereign once the life total climbs high enough.
