Phenax, God of Deception Commander Deck

Phenax, God of Deception turns the high-toughness creatures this deck assembles into milling engines, tapping them to dump cards from opponents' libraries into their graveyards. The deck shores up defenses with taxing effects, combat restriction pieces, and creature-based walls to ensure those big-toughness bodies survive long enough to keep grinding, while creatures that grow in power and toughness based on the number of cards in graveyards both accelerate the mill and threaten combat. The primary win conditions are milling opponents out entirely, either through spells that mill half an opponent's library at a time or through Riverchurn Monument, which can combine with mass graveyard-filling effects to mill opponents out in a single explosive sequence once enough cards have been put into graveyards.
