Prismari, the Inspiration grants every instant and sorcery you cast the storm mechanic, so the deck's gameplan is to chain together a high volume of cheap cantrips, rituals, and cost-reduction spells to build a massive storm count before unleashing a finisher. The deck leverages extensive mana acceleration through ritual effects and Treasure generation, alongside numerous cost-reduction creatures, to cast as many spells as possible in a single turn. With a large storm count established, the deck wins by copying a finisher like Grapeshot or Ignite Memories dozens of times for lethal damage, or by casting Spreading Insurrection with storm copies to steal every creature on the board at once.
