The Cyber-Controller Commander Deck

The Cyber-Controller enters the battlefield milling opponents and converting their creatures into face-down 2/2 Cyberman artifact creatures under your control, building a wide artifact army that benefits from the commander's anthem effect and synergizes with lords like Steel Overseer and Master of Etherium. The deck leans heavily into an artifact-matters theme, using cost reduction, improvise, and a suite of bounce and counterspell effects to protect its board and recast the commander repeatedly with larger X values for more milled creatures. Winning through combat with a pumped army of stolen Cybermen, supplemented by Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge dealing artifact-count damage to opponents, the deck also leverages the Urza's land package and powerful artifact synergies to generate overwhelming mana advantage and board presence. The deck packs a couple of tutors to find important pieces and a package of cards to work with Isochron scepter, as either a bounce spell for the controller, a counterspell, or card draw.
