Winter, Misanthropic Guide floods the table with card draw while punishing opponents for drawing through a suite of "whenever an opponent draws a card, they lose life" effects and "whenever an opponent discards a card, they lose life" enchantments. The deck simultaneously forces mass discard through wheel effects and hand-size reduction enabled by Winter's delirium ability, converting opponents' graveyard-filling into free permanents via Tergrid, God of Fright and additional damage triggers. The primary win condition is the Bloodchief Ascension and Mindcrank combo, which converts any life loss into infinite milling and loops back into infinite life loss, but the deck can also grind opponents out through accumulated damage from the many draw-and-discard punishment pieces working in concert.
