The deck is a Jeskai spellslinger shell built around chaining two or more cheap instants and sorceries each turn. Shiko and Narset's Flurry trigger turns the second spell into either a copy (when it targets) or a card. Cheap cantrips, cost reducers and treasure-making spell triggers fuel multi-spell turns. Copy effects and Veyran double up every cast trigger, and a large suite of "whenever you cast a noncreature/instant or sorcery" creatures converts that spell volume into tokens, damage and cards. How it wins: Repeated casts each turn either burn the table out through Guttersnipe and Caldera Pyremaw pings or build a wide, evasive army of Monk, Elemental and Dragon tokens that closes out games with mass flying and double strike. Key roles: - Spell chaining fuel: Cheap cantrips, looters and free-cast effects make it easy to reach the second spell each turn and trigger Shiko and Narset's Flurry for a copy or a card (Consider, Expressive Iteration, Frantic Search). - Copy and trigger doubling: Copying targeted spells and doubling cast triggers multiplies every removal, draw and burn effect alongside the commander's own copies (Veyran, Voice of Duality, Expansion/Explosion, Adaptive Training Post). - Token generation: Cast triggers produce Monks, Elementals, Soldiers and temporary Dragons, building a board that grows with spell count (Monastery Mentor, Manaform Hellkite, Aligned Heart). - Spell-cast damage: Cast triggers deal direct damage to opponents, turning a storm of spells into a burn finish (Guttersnipe, Caldera Pyremaw, Electrodominance). - Card and mana engines: Magecraft and noncreature-cast draw keep the hand full, while treasures and cost reducers keep the chain going (Archmage Emeritus, Storm-Kiln Artist, Whirlwind of Thought). - Free-cast attackers and graveyard reuse: Attack triggers cast spells off the top for free, and flashback granting rebuys spent instants and sorceries for another round (Velomachus Lorehold, Narset, Enlightened Master, Lier, Disciple of the Drowned).
