Rocco, Street Chef fuels a token and counter engine by repeatedly rewarding players for casting or playing cards from exile, generating a steady stream of Food tokens and +1/+1 counters that compound quickly with token doublers and counter-spreaders. The deck supports this engine with abundant mana acceleration, cards that let you play from exile, and a web of synergistic payoffs that turn Food and creature tokens into card draw and mana. The primary win condition is overwhelming opponents through combat with a wide token board and attacking into burn spells cast from exile for bonus damage, with Agatha's Soul Cauldron and Incubation Druid enabling infinite colored mana to power out the late game.
