Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger Commander Deck
Scarlet Witch, Chaotic Avenger swings into combat to exile cards from the top of the library, then casts free spells from that growing exile pool, snowballing card advantage and mana efficiency while churning through instants and sorceries. The deck supports this engine with cost reduction, magecraft payoffs that generate Treasure and draw, and extra combat effects to trigger the commander repeatedly and cast even more free spells. The primary win condition is an infinite loop using Arcane Bombardment, Prismari Command, and Return the Favor to generate infinite storm count, magecraft triggers, and damage to close out the game.
