Mirko, Obsessive Theorist Commander Deck

Mirko, Obsessive Theorist is built around a continuous surveil engine that simultaneously grows Mirko into a massive threat and fills the graveyard with high-value creatures to reanimate at the end of each turn. The deck uses a wide array of surveil payoffs — including card draw, free spell casting, and counter manipulation — to fuel Mirko's power while also recycling enters-the-battlefield effect creatures to generate repeated value through removal, card advantage, and theft. The win condition comes from either attacking with an ever-growing Mirko supported by reanimated threats, or overwhelming opponents through mass reanimation with spells like Rise of the Dark Realms and Living Death while Syr Konrad, the Grim punishes every creature movement in and out of graveyards.
