Bilbo, Birthday Celebrant Commander Deck

Bilbo, Birthday Celebrant leads a life-gain-amplification deck that stacks multiple doublers and bonus-life effects to rapidly inflate your total far beyond 40, (avoid creatures and enchantments that punish opponents for every point you gain by draining their life in equal measure, focus purely on life gain). The deck generates consistent life gain through token engines, creature-entry triggers, and food production, using that income to fuel card draw, grow a board of +1/+1 counter creatures, and power up mana sources like Accomplished Alchemist. The primary win conditions is using Bilbos 111 life activation to bring creatures to the board (Odric Lunarch Marshal gives everything important keywords like Haste, trample, indestructible, double strike, lifeline, etc. and Craterhoof behemoth buffs everything, voice of victory prevents any opponents from casting spells to stop the win). Elixir of immortality ensures if anything stops the first activation and the board is wiped that I can get my creatures back into the deck for a second activation. The deck should be heavily creature focused w/ETBs to interact with any pesky artifacts, enchantments, or creatures that would save opponents from a combat win (dark steel angel, etc.) and the whole goal is to get to 111 life as fast as possible.
