Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel Commander Deck

by gr8skawt100 cards

Mono-black aristocrats built around Sephiroth: a stream of cheap, recursive Zombies and token makers is fed into free sacrifice outlets, and every death drains opponents through Sephiroth and a stack of Blood Artist-style effects. Four death triggers in a single turn flip Sephiroth into the One-Winged Angel, whose emblem keeps the drain going even if he leaves. His attack trigger turns the board into cards. A Zombie tribal subtheme supplies bodies that come back from the graveyard, plus draw and token value whenever they die. How it wins: Repeated sacrifice loops drain each opponent one life per death through Sephiroth, his emblem and the redundant drain enchantments and creatures, with Gray Merchant bursts and Masamune-doubled triggers finishing them off. Key roles: - Free sacrifice outlets: These let creatures die at will, turning each death into mana, scry, counters or treasure, so Sephiroth reaches four triggers in a turn and transforms (Ashnod's Altar, Viscera Seer, Warren Soultrader). - Drain multipliers: Extra death-trigger drains stack on top of Sephiroth and his emblem, and one equipment doubles the triggers of the creature carrying it and of the emblem, making every sacrifice a multi-point hit (Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, The Masamune). - Sacrifice fodder and token makers: These creatures produce extra bodies or replace themselves when they die, keeping the sacrifice chain fueled (Grave Titan, Headless Rider, Ghoulcaller Gisa). - Recursive Zombie engine: Self-returning creatures and Zombie recursion bring the same bodies back again and again, building repeatable death loops (Gravecrawler, Reassembling Skeleton, Zul Ashur, Lich Lord). - Death-fueled card advantage: Deaths draw cards, sacrifice payoffs refill the hand, and some deaths produce treasure, so the engine keeps running (Skullclamp, Undead Augur, Pitiless Plunderer). - Devotion and graveyard reanimation: Heavy black devotion powers big drain bursts, while reanimation spells return key pieces and payoffs from the graveyard (Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Victimize, Liliana, Death's Majesty).
