Yennett attacks every turn, and its trigger casts an odd-mana-value top card for free or draws a card. So the deck is stacked with expensive odd-cost bombs (9s and 7s) and packed with top-of-library manipulation to set those hits up. Supporting it are a flying Sphinx-heavy evasive attack force that rewards combat damage with free spells and card advantage, cascade, cast-from-elsewhere value, and Approach of the Second Sun, whose self-tucking seventh-from-the-top makes it a natural partner for top-deck control. How it wins: It swings with Yennett and a flying army to flip free 7- and 9-mana haymakers like one-sided wipes, Elesh Norn, Eldrazi and Toxrill, overwhelming opponents in combat or, failing that, recasting Approach of the Second Sun for an alternate win. Key roles: - Top-deck stacking: These cards arrange, tutor or put a chosen card on top so Yennett's attack trigger reliably reveals an odd-cost bomb rather than drawing a card. (Sensei's Divining Top, Lim-Dûl's Vault, Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire) - Odd-cost free payloads: Expensive 7- and 9-mana spells that would be hard to hardcast become free swings when revealed, wiping or crippling opponents' boards. (Plague Wind, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Void Winnower) - Approach of the Second Sun loop: The first cast tucks the card seventh from the top, and the draw and brainstorm effects plus Yennett's draws dig back to it for the second, winning cast from hand. (Approach of the Second Sun, Brainsurge, Hidetsugu and Kairi) - Flying combat-damage value: Evasive Sphinxes and fliers that turn attacks into extra cards, stolen spells or free casts, stacking with Yennett's own trigger. (Windreader Sphinx, Dazzling Sphinx, Thief of Sanity) - Free-cast and cascade chaining: Cascade creatures and cast-from-elsewhere payoffs multiply the value of Yennett's free casts and refill the hand. (Vega, the Watcher, Enigma Sphinx, Marvo, Deep Operative) - Attack enablers: Haste, protection and repeat-attack tricks get Yennett swinging immediately and safely each turn. (Lightning Greaves, Reconnaissance, Misleading Signpost)
