The Reality Chip Commander Deck
The Reality Chip is the engine of this mono-blue artifact storm deck, attaching to a creature to grant continuous access to the top of the library and allowing lands and spells to be cast from there, effectively turning the top of the deck into an extended hand. The deck floods the board with cheap and free artifacts to reduce costs across the board through a suite of artifact cost-reducers, then assembles its primary win condition: Sensei's Divining Top combined with Mystic Forge and any cost-reducer to loop the Top infinitely, generating massive storm count and card draw. This storm count and library manipulation then fuels a win through Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac by emptying or near-emptying the library, or by accumulating enough life from Aetherflux Reservoir to eliminate opponents.
