This deck uses Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker and Kraum, Ludevic's Opus as flying pressure pieces that grow and generate card advantage whenever opponents are active, while a dense package of "whenever an opponent casts a spell" and "whenever you draw a card" triggers floods the controller with resources. The deck leverages its constant card draw to fuel a wide board of counter-laden creatures that become unblockable with Herald of Secret Streams, threatening to close out games through combat. The primary combo win condition involves pairing Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Niv-Mizzet, Visionary, where each card drawn triggers damage to opponents, which in turn triggers more draws, creating a near-infinite loop of damage and card draw.
