Disa the Restless is the engine of this deck, which rapidly fills the graveyard through dredge effects, looting, self-mill, and discard outlets to grow a board of Lhurgoyf creatures that scale in size with the number of card types present across graveyards. Disa's combat damage trigger continuously generates Tarmogoyf tokens, while her second ability recycles Lhurgoyf cards from the graveyard directly onto the battlefield, making the graveyard function as a second hand. The deck operates as a high-power midrange toolbox reminiscent of Modern Jund from the 2010s — grinding out value with discard, removal, and tutor effects — and can close games by overwhelming opponents with a massive board of tramplers and myriad attackers, or by combining Hermit Druid with Pyrogoyf to deal lethal damage the moment a fully self-milled graveyard comes online.
