Helga, Skittish Seer serves as both a mana engine and card advantage machine, rewarding you for casting large creatures by drawing cards and growing her own power, which in turn fuels her tap ability to generate massive amounts of colored mana for even bigger X-cost spells. The deck floods the board with hydras and other X-cost creatures that enter loaded with +1/+1 counters, amplified by multiple counter-doubling effects that turn already-large threats into overwhelming finishers. The win condition is straightforward combat damage, leveraging effects that grant trample and flying to the team while Tanazir Quandrix and Primordial Hydra serve as late-game threats capable of ending games on their own once the counter engine reaches critical mass.
